PRE-DIABETES and TYPE 2 DIABETES
Pre-diabetes is the general term we give to either impaired fasting glucose or impaired glucose tolerance. It indicates a condition when your blood glucose levels are higher than normal but not quite high enough to be diagnosed with diabetes yet. Our dietitian can provide diet and lifestyle advice to help delay the progression into diabetes.
Our dietitian Sarah is highly experienced in providing appropriate education on portions and types of food to achieve optimal blood sugar levels in diabetes. She helps many people manage their diabetes and also helps to facilitate an online, worldwide support group for people with diabetes who are on a low FODMAP diet.
