This is a subjective term and means different things to different people.  From a dietary perspective, our dietitian can help ensure your dietary intake is adequate in all vitamins and minerals, and aligns with the Australian Dietary Guidelines in terms of recommended serves from all food groups (dairy, fruit, vegetables, meat & meat alternatives, breads & cereals).  We provide an additional service whereby our dietitian can analyse in detail, your current dietary intake against current recommended guidelines through computer software.  Whilst dietitians can manually estimate the nutritional adequacy of your diet, this software uses a comprehensive Australian food database to utilise specific brands and methods of cooking, and can more accurately analyse not just the major food groups, but also 28 subgroups, added sugars, oils, and alcoholic drinks.  Please contact us to find out more about this exciting service.
