There are 3 ways you can work with her to achieve your goals:

  1. 1:1 service – this is a premium 6 or 12 month all inclusive package where you meet regularly with me. It covers time for all of your concerns along the way, as well as additional learning sessions crucial for your success. I provide one of the biggest missing pieces in many of the other programs out there – I provide regular accountability, mindset lessons and motivation to help you be consistent and achieve your results quickly. Meal plans and recipes included so there’s no thinking involved.
  2. ‘Just The Basics’ – this is a 6 month or 12 month package where you meet regularly with me. There are no meal plans included and no additional learning sessions. It really is, as the name says, “just the basics”.
  3. ’28 Day Body Reset’ – this is a 28 day plan which is a great starting point for women wanting to work with Sarah or those who don’t feel they want or need on-going appointments. It includes a 28 day meal plan along with some education in the form of an ebook. You will also get access to Sarah’s 28 Day Body Reset Private Facebook Group.

Please note: 24 hours notice is required for cancellations to make it fair on all our clients and our practitioners.  If this is not adhered to, 50% of your appointment cost will be issued.  For non attendance without prior notification, a fee equal to the appointment costs will be issued. We understand that in exceptional circumstances it may not always be possible to let us know, and we are happy to make exceptions at such times at our discretion.
